Technical Specifications of the System (Electronic Parts):
 
Capacity: Depending on the product to be bagged and the desired tolerance, a selection can be made between 5 tons/hour - 15 tons/hour. (The estimated margin of error per sack is +/- 50 grams.)
 
Set Value: It can be adjusted by the operator.
 
Fast-Fresh Cycle: By default, there are two values, fast and slow, on the Four Scales Bagging Scale. The product to be bagged can be entered in different ways. The Bagging Scale with Four Scales switches to slow cycle in sensitive and fast weighing mode. The most ideal setting is automatically completed according to the product to be bagged and the silo capacity.
 
Sack and bag sizes: 5 to 50 kg sacks and bags can be filled.
 
The total number of product sacks can be followed on the screen if desired.
 
Thanks to the sensors in the chamber, the occupancy rate is automatically controlled.
 
Thanks to the PLC (Control Unit) in the Four Scales Bagging Scale, the opening and closing errors that occur with the information coming from the Mechanine covers can be observed.
