Working Principle of the Machine
The first thing that enters the machine goes through the walker sieve and descends to the boats. Thanks to the 30mm sieve attached to the walker sieve, the natural product is first cleaned of coarse products such as stones and cuts before they land in the boat. Then, the product is divided equally from the first distributor to the two troughs as 50 percent each, and then it is divided equally into 5 sieves in each trough with the product separators in each trough. The products that are evenly distributed on the sieves are used to separate into 3 from 2 lower outlets and one front outlet in each sieve row. The machine can be sorted in 3 different sizes in high tonnage by using it as sieving or it can be used as pre-cleaning by cleaning under sieve and over sieve if desired.
