Working Principle of the Machine
The product entering the machine firstly spreads over the flap by passing through the distributor, and then the unwanted dust and light products in the product are separated from the main product by passing through two suction points.
The separator flaps in the air intake and the air pressure ratios are controlled by the PLC system with smart motors here, and maximum results are obtained with minimum energy. Then, the product passes through the sieves and is separated into lengths and the final product enters the light grain separation channel.
In line with this, the product can be cleaned at the rate of 100% and the desired hectoliter of product can be taken.
This machine is a machine that eliminates the hectoliter problem and is the definitive solution for the most difficult to clean products.
There are smart inlets that can be controlled by a total of 10 PLCs of the machine, these inlets are the solution that determines whether the desired air is taken in the desired amount through the desired channel, whether it is empty or half, and what the hectoliter is. There are 6 air suctions in total in the machine.
