Machine Working Principle
The product entering the machine firstly spreads over the flap by passing through the distributor, and then the unwanted dust and light products in the product are separated from the main product by passing through two suction points. The separator flaps in the air intake and the air pressure ratios are controlled by the plc system with smart motors here, and maximum results are obtained with minimum energy. Then the product passes through the first sieve and the undesired products in the product are taken out. The ongoing product is taken from the broken grooves and thrown out, and thus the product has passed through 1 piece of container, 1 piece of broken and 2 pieces of dust cleaning. In order to separate the light grains (semi-empty, etc.) of the product continuing in the machine, the products are exposed to the air from the bottom and the top and the light particles in the product are separated. This air flow rate and balance is completely directed by smart motors and operated in the most sensitive position according to the physical properties of the sieved product and with minimum energy. maximum efficiency is achieved. The cleaned product continues in the tub and can be separated into 5 different dyes in total. The machine design is designed to achieve maximum analysis by providing the opportunity to pass a single row of sieves to the density of the product under the sieve or above the sieve.
