Excell 100 Pre-Cleaning Series Plus
In Pre-Clean Machines, the separation of weak and weak particles is done twice, at the beginning and at the end of the machine. There are two sieving chambers in the Pre-Cleaning Machine. There are two sieves in each sieving chamber. After the first sieve separates the large particles, the small perforated sieve below separates the weak and small unwanted substances and products.
In our pre-cleaning machine, the separation of air and light particles from the product is done twice, at the entrance and exit of the machine. There are two sieving chambers in the machine. Although there are two sieves in each sieving chamber, one of the two sieves separates the coarse grains from the product and distinguishes the weak and small grains from the product in the small perforated sieve located just below. Pre-cleaning takes place in the second sieve stage. Undesirable coarse and weak products are separated from the compartments on the side of the Pre-Cleaning Machine.
Ideally, the good product is separated from the light grains for the second time by being exposed to the air flow once again while leaving the front of the Pre-Cleaning Machine. The advantages brought by the design of Pre-Cleaning Machines ensure high working capacity and provide the opportunity to achieve the desired cleaning level. Pre-Cleaning Machine has an integrated system and a completely closed system. The Pre-Cleaning Machine can be designed according to the capacity you want during the design phase.
