WORKING PRINCIPLE:

Peanut Peeler half-roasted product is poured from the elevator to the bunker. The shells separated due to heat are first sucked from here and pressed into the cyclone, then the product moves towards the machine. A magnet has been placed inside the two product flow grooves on the Peanut Peeler, in order to prevent the metals coming into the balls from damaging the machine. It leaves its skin. For better mixing of the product, an air system is placed between the balls in the form of a line. The compressed air coming from above prevents the product from being compressed, but also removes the jammed shell. The peeled product falls on the walker. The shards and dust in the product are taken out in the sieve present in the walker. The peeled peanut membrane is sucked from the last exit end of the walker by means of a vacuum and pressed into the cyclone. The shells pressed into the cyclone are thrown out thanks to the product lock. The clean product coming out of the walker comes to the pool and then to the fork flap. The fork flap on the Peanut Peeler is used to ensure that the system is bagged without stopping.
