The piston groups on the upper side, produced with superior technology, move the heaters used in the vertical and horizontal sticking part of the package to the right and left, allowing the film to stick and separate. In the off state, the heating systems are ready to stick the package and the belt system makes the package formation ready. The superior servo motor produced with Schneider technology is the mechanism that enables the package to be formed quickly and safely without damaging the film.
 
Collars produced in accordance with Quadro technology are produced on CNC laser benches in order to properly form the package. The collar system used is unique to the Quadro machine and is used to make the resulting packages unique.
 
The package created with Schneider technology is the mechanism that enables package cutting close to servo speeds with special pistons produced with superior German quality Festo technology. The bellows mechanism used to create Quadro machine-specific packages has features not found in any other machine.
 
With the help of heater and piston groups used to turn the film that passes through the collars into a package that only Quadro can produce, it glues the packages from all four sides and makes them ready for use.
